Today I had my consultation with Dr. ADHD. It was rather extensive. I was there for an hour and a half. The verdict is...I have ADD. Shocker! She recommended that I start on medication immediately.
More to say, but I'm too hot and antsy to say it. Next step is to find a clinician to prescribe meds and then decide what medication is right for me. I really have no clue. Hopefully my PMHNP is up to the task, but frankly I'm quite skeptical. She didn't listen to me at all when I tried to bring up ADD several months ago.
